With more than a decade of experience working with children and adults, I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and other challenges that impact mental health and overall well-being.

My approach

My approach to therapy is integrative and personalized. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brainspotting, I tailor each session to meet your individual needs, personality, and strengths. Together, we'll build on your resilience, intuition, and inner resources while creating opportunities for growth, healing, and self-empowerment. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative environment where you can explore challenges, develop new perspectives, and make lasting changes at a pace that feels right for you.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll take time to understand what has brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to achieve, and answer any questions you may have about the process. Just as importantly, it's a chance for you to get a sense of whether I'm the right fit for your journey. My hope is that you'll leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and with at least one practical tool, strategy, or new perspective that you can begin applying in your everyday life.
